MRS. ABIOLA ADETUTU LIADI – PERMANENT SECRETARY

A qualified Chartered Accountant with Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria [ICAN]1993,Fellow of the Institute (FCA), 2011 and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria 2005. Mrs. Abiola Adetutu Liadi has participated in numerous local and foreign professional and managerial courses, workshops and conferences.

Born on 26th April, 1963 in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, She had her Primary School Education at Sanni Luba Primary School, 1969-1972 and Mayflower Primary School, Ikene Ogun State, 1972-1974. Thereafter, she had her Secondary School Education at Methodist Girls High School, Lagos, and 1974-1979.  In 1985, she graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and later obtained a Master of Banking and Finance in 2005 from Delta State University, Abraka.

Mrs. Abiola Adetutu Liadi joined Lagos State Public Service in 1987 as Higher Executive (Accounts) GL.08 with Lagos State Waste Disposal Board Ijora.  She rose through ranks and files to the position of the Financial Controller before she was transferred into the main stream Service in 1999 as a Chief Accountant GL.14. She rose through the ranks to the position of Director of Accounts in the Ministry of Works & Infrastructure before her appointment by His Excellency, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode as Permanent Secretary with effect from Wednesday, February1, 2017 and deployed to the Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.

Mrs. Adetutu Abiola Liadi who likes singing and travelling in her spare time, is a member of Ikoyi Club and Lagos Country Club and she is happily married with children
