MRS DALIA OLUBUNMI BADA – DIRECTOR, WOMEN DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (WDC)

Mrs Dalia Olubunmi Bada was born in Ikeja, Lagos State on the 21st August, 1966, She attended Olufunmilayo Nursery / Primary School, Ikeja: Anwarul Islam Girls High School, Ojokoro, Agege after which she proceeded to Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo where she obtained a B.Ed (English Language) in 1988 , PG Diploma(Public Relations) at Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Ogba in 1993 and MPA from Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo in 2003.

 

She started as a classroom teacher at Lagos State Model College, Meiran between 1989 and 1993. Also at the Inspectorate Department of Lagos State Ministry of Education between 1994 to 2003.

She was at the Schools Admin Division of the Basic Education Services(BES) Department of the Ministry of Education between 2003 and 2006.

State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) from 2006 to 2007.

PESP Department of Ministry of Education between 2007 to 2016.

HOD (BES Department), Ministry of Education from 2016 to 2018.

Women Development Centre (WDC), Agege, 2018 to date.

Mrs Dalia Olubunmi Bada has received many awards including :

. The Golden Award of Outstanding Education Administrator in Nigeria, Year 2017.

. Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration, Year 2018
